The Konami E3 booth consisted of an open area free to the public, closed areas available by appointment only and meeting rooms where marketing and sales presented titles to retailers. If a game was already announced then it would probably be located in its own themed kiosk area free for anyone to play. There were also games that were not announced and needed to be shown in private areas closed to the public. These were extensively themed to fit the genre of game they represented.
Konami worked with outside vendors to design and build the Konami booth. Konami didn't usually build the same booth every year. They would adjust the size and look depending on the budget and the number of titles that were to be presented at that years show.
All the graphics that covered the booth and kiosks were created by the Konami in house creative department with new assets created especially for E3 and from other assets provided to us from Japan.
